@Decaffinated: Oh, didn’t you hear? BLACK QUEEN feels that Juan Williams and all the other black people on FOX News are sellouts. Apparently, unless all black people think, talk and act the same way, they are ostracized as traitors by their people instead of accepted for who they are.

@Segmented Mind: She does not respond when you get her like that. I really got her over that Jaun Williams sellout thing when she asked it before, asking her why she wanted to hold her people down instead of applauding their success and diversity and she never responded.

I am in the process of creating a DVD with footage from a paintball game in which I hosted. It is a scenario game that is based around real events. I was wanting to incorporate real news footage into the DVD. I will be selling these DVDs. Is using CNN’s news footage in this way illegal without obtaining their permission? Or would putting the footage on a paintball DVD be considered fair use?

It showed the Marines running away from the insurgents and the Marnes had the worst/scared look on their faces. The Marines were yelling “Run!! Run!! They are kicking our butts!! Run!! Now my question is this. Why did the Marines run if the Marines are so powerful? The insurgents are just rag tag. They have basic weapons. But the Marines have the most powerful. So why did the Marines carry their butts out of the battlefield?

If you do anything other then that you’ll probably be comitting copyright infringement.
